3. Your personal data may be processed for the following purposes:
a. provision of the services offered by the Administrator (Article 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR).
b. direct marketing of products or services by means of electronic and telephone communication – the basis is your consent (Article 6 (1) (a) of the GDPR);
c. direct marketing of products and services, including profiling – the legal basis is the legitimate interest of the Administrator (Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR);
d. analytical and statistical – the legal basis is the necessity of processing to implement the legitimate interest of the Administrator (Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR);
4. Your personal data will be stored:
a. in the scope of the provision of services, personal data will be processed until the expiry of the warranty and guarantee periods resulting from the concluded contract / s. However, personal data may be processed longer if it results from generally applicable law;
b. in the case of sending commercial information by e-mail or telephone contact in order to present an offer – until you withdraw your consent or object to the processing of personal data for marketing purposes;
c. in terms of analytical and statistical purposes – until you object.

Your personal data may be transferred to entities processing personal data at the request of the Administrator, including subcontractors or IT service providers, where these entities process data on the basis of a contract with the Administrator and only in accordance with the Administrator’s instructions.

Failure to provide the data results in the inability to conclude a contract and thus to provide services. Providing data for other purposes (except for the fulfillment of a legal obligation) is voluntary.

II. COOKIES POLICY
1. During the first visit to our Website, the Users are shown information about the use of cookies. Our website, like most websites, uses the so-called cookies.
